Chocolate Brisket Burnt Ends

Chocolate and beef - what a combo! These burnt ends are delicious and sticky. Perfect on their own or as an addition to a platter.

Chocolate rub 

  • 1kg brisket - point end works best, sliced into cubes 

  • Wilson Barbecue X Wellington Chocolate Factory Chocolate Rub

  • 1 cup Wilson Barbecue X Wellington Chocolate Factory Chocolate BBQ Sauce

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 75g butter - cut into cubes

  1. Preheat smoker to 250f. 

  2. Season cooked brisket cubes well with Wilson Barbecue X Wellington Chocolate Factory Chocolate rub

  3. Place in a foil tray and cook for 30 minutes. Once cooked add in Chocolate BBQ Sauce, maple syrup and butter.

  4. Cook in smoker for a few hours until the sauce has caramelised and gone sticky.
