Chocolate Brisket Burnt Ends
Chocolate and beef - what a combo! These burnt ends are delicious and sticky. Perfect on their own or as an addition to a platter.
Chocolate rub
1kg brisket - point end works best, sliced into cubes
Wilson Barbecue X Wellington Chocolate Factory Chocolate Rub
1 cup Wilson Barbecue X Wellington Chocolate Factory Chocolate BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
75g butter - cut into cubes
Preheat smoker to 250f.
Season cooked brisket cubes well with Wilson Barbecue X Wellington Chocolate Factory Chocolate rub
Place in a foil tray and cook for 30 minutes. Once cooked add in Chocolate BBQ Sauce, maple syrup and butter.
Cook in smoker for a few hours until the sauce has caramelised and gone sticky.
